1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Indrayani Music Shop & Institute Pvt. Ltd. ("Indrayani", "we") through indrayani.com.np. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include any bundled accessories listed on the product page. We try to keep descriptions, photos and stock accurate, but models, finishes and bundles can change — please ask us if a detail matters to you.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.

3. Orders and payment

After you place an order our team calls you to confirm it. An order is accepted once we have confirmed it with you.

Payment is cash on delivery, or at our store. If you would like to pay by QR or digital wallet, ask when we confirm your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver all over Nepal. The delivery charge depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you order; the expected delivery time is confirmed by phone. You can also collect from our Ason or Nardevi store.

5. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Warranty and free-servicing terms are listed on each product page where they apply. Other returns and exchanges are handled case by case — please contact us before sending anything back.

6. Accounts

Online orders need an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed with your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by the law of Nepal, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Nepali law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes fall under the courts of Kathmandu.
